Austin Culver CPA LLC is a fully virtual tax preparation and accounting firm. We are committed to offering a simple and reliable tax preparation process for individuals and small businesses of all income levels.

As a fully virtual accounting firm, you can do everything from the comfort of your own home.  No need to worry about finding time to physically come down to our office to drop off your materials, sign a document, or pick up your return. Everything is done virtually online, which we believe creates a more simple and streamlined experience.

To be more specific, our clients will be given access to our secure portal where they can safely and securely upload their documents online. We then use their documents to prepare their return, do their bookkeeping, process payroll, etc. When finished, we upload any deliverables to our secure portal to make them available to our clients for download.

Uploading documents to the portal is easy. Once in the portal, select your folder, and upload your documents. If clients are unable to use  a scanner to upload documents as a PDF file, they are always welcome to just take pictures on their phone and upload the pictures. We'll convert the files to the necessary file type from there.
